Dates - October 31st and November 2nd, 4th, 7th & 9th

Location - Lakota West Freshman Building 

Time - After school until 3:45. A bus will take students to conditioning from school. Parent pickup at 3:45

Start date- November 11th

Location - Lakota West Freshman Building 

Time - Monday thru Friday after school until 4:15. A bus will take students to practive from school. Parent pickup between 4:15 - 4:30.

• Wrestling Shoes
• Wrestling Headgear
• Workout Clothes (shorts/shirt/sweatpants/sweatshirt) 
• Water Bottle/Gatorade

In order to participate you must signup for wrestling. This includes student and parent both signing a set of forms. A physical must also be completed in the previous 365 days.
