1:1 Student Technology
Lakota's WEareEmpowered program is centered around expanding student access to innovative instructional approaches and new learning opportunities that are purposefully supported by technology.
From 1:1 technology to innovation and collaboration in the district's 22 innovation hubs, Lakota’s 1:1 program gives students the ability to access a world of learning tools and content, both in and out of our schools. Learn More
Community Support
Local businesses partner with Lakota to allow students to use their WiFi networks. Participating businesses place a 'WE are ConnectED' decal (shown above), letting students know that their business is a valuable part of the Lakota learning network.

District Digital Tools
Equity of access for our students is a priority. Digital productivity and creation skills are a key component of providing a future-ready education student education.
To support student learning at home, we continue to evaluate student needs and explore options, including a limited number of filtered mobile hotspots available for checkout at the Innovation Hubs, with parent permission.
